The Main Objective of The Study Is to Clarify the Relationship Between the Contents of Children’s Television Programs and The Intellectual and Creative Skills and Level of Imagination of The Child. from This Main Objective Emerge A Few Sub-Objectives, Including Identifying the Degree to Which Television Programs (Study Sample) Practice Their Role in Developing the Child’s Creative Abilities. This Study Is Based on Its Theoretical Framework Is Based on Social Learning Theory and Cultural Implantation Theory. This Study Belongs To “Descriptive Research” As It Addresses the Effectiveness of Children’s Television Programs in Developing Creativity Among Egyptian Children. The Sample of The Analytical Study Was the Tasali Ahla Alam Program and The Operation Ouch Program, And the Sample of The Field Study Was In (150) Children from Ammar Bin Yasser School in Gharbia, The Researcher Used A Content Analysis Form For The Analytical Study, And A Questionnaire Form As A Tool For Collecting Field Data. The Study Reached Several Results, The Most Important of Which Are: First: Results of the Field Study: 1. The Results of the Field Study Confirmed the High Rates of Children Following Children’s Television Programs and Children’s Attachment to Everything Shown on Television Within the Programs. 2. The Results of the Study Indicated that Most of the Sample Members Preferred Entertainment and Amusement Programs at A Rate Of 50.0%, or Half of the Study Sample, Followed by Competition Programs at A Rate Of 36.7%, Which Are Among the Inspiring Programs for Many Children Because They Encourage Them to Activate Their Minds and Highlight Their Abilities. Second: Results of The Analytical Study: 1. The Study Indicated that Among the Most Important Objectives of the Episodes for the Programs Sampled in the Study are Skill Objectives to Develop Children’s Skills and the Keenness of Television Programs to Provide the Child with a Wealth of Behavioral and Cognitive Skills. 2. The Results of The Study Showed That Children’s Programs are Interested in Supporting the Information Contained Within Children by Providing them with Facts that Confirm the Informational Background Acquired from School, Family, And Friends.
