This study aims to determine ’’ The Impact of the Quality of Work life on the Organizational Commitment applied to the teachers in Al Mansoura Educational Administration of Al Azhar .The researcher designed a questionnaire to collect the primary data from teachers sample in Al Mansoura Educational Administration of Al Azhar. The sample size is 348, The SPSS was used to analyse the primary data.The results of the study show that all the dimensions of Quality of Work life are positively related with all dimensions of the Organizational Commitment. In addition, there is a significant effect of the Quality of Work life dimensions on the dimensions of Organizational Commitment in Al Mansoura Educational Administration of Al Azhar.
