Abstract Food insecurity, malnutrition and poverty have all increased globally approximately with 2.3 billion people suffered from moderate food insecurity and 924 million were classified as severely food insecure according to United Nations’ Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO, 2022). The human population increases, so does the demand for protein. With 30% of people worldwide, Africa has the greatest rate of hunger then South Asia comes next, Middle East, North Africa, and East Asia (Kilic, 2022). The sustainability of water supplies and the safety of food are constantly under danger; Building fish farms required to meet the demand of the growing population (Fatima et al., 2021). |
