Cyclophosphamide (CYP) is an alkylating agent. It is commonly used as an anticancer and immunosuppressive drug. It is widely used in the treatment of lymphoma and solid tumors. It is also used as an adjunct to surgery and radiation in a variety of cancers. It is also used in the treatment of autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus, vasculitis, lupus nephritis, scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and amyloidosis. Consequently, CYP-induced HC is considered as a well-standardized rat model urinary bladder inflammation in rats. Pumpkin seed oil is rich with polyunsaturated fatty acids, tocopherols and sterols. Pumpkin seed oil is derived from the seed of pumpkin. Pumpkin exhibit promising activities such as anthelmintic, antidiabetic, antidepressant, antioxidant, anticancer, cytoprotective and anti-inflammatory. It is used worldwide in the treatment of many diseases such as bengin prostatic hyperplasia, overactive bladder, bladder disorder, cardiovascular disorder, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, hepatic disorder, renal disorder, parasitic infestation, bacterial infection, wound healing, diabetes mellites, cancer, depression disorder.
