Abstract
Corrosion causes a lot of loss and damage to important metals in life, especially in industry, due to the electrochemical or chemical interaction of these metals with the environment. In recent years, numerous studies and practical experiments have been carried out to reduce corrosion by using
environmentally friendly corrosion inhibitors. Recent work has shown that the synthesis and application of MOFs as effective corrosion inhibitors of aluminum in 1 M hydrochloric acid solution relies on their heteroaromatic ligands.
