Study title: ”The Role of Compression Clothing as a Contribution to the Late Recovery of Athletes’ Muscular Pain”
Subject: Department of Home Economics, Faculty of specific Education, assiut University.
Research Questions:
1. What is the possibility of producing different compression fabrics that provide an element of comfort and contribute to the recovery of delayed muscle pain in favor of compression material?
2. The extent to which aesthetic aspects (design foundations and elements) are available in the proposed designs?
3. What is the possibility of providing compression sports clothing that contributes to the recovery of delayed muscle pain in athletes (for the muscles of the lower part - thigh muscles -) in which the functional aspect of the study sample is available in terms of reducing delayed muscle pain in athletes?
Research Objectives:
The research aims to identify the role of wearing the proposed compression garments on:
1. Producing different compression fabrics that provide an element of comfort and contribute to the recovery of delayed muscle pain in athletes.
2. Providing proposed designs for compression sports shorts that contribute to the recovery of delayed muscle pain in athletes and provide aesthetic aspects (design principles and elements).
3. Providing compression sports clothing (athletic shorts) that contributes to the recovery of delayed muscle pain in athletes.
