The research problem is identified in the weak textual proficiency, linguistic self-concept, and technological awareness among prospective teachers at the Faculty of Education, And This thesis aims at determining the impact of a proposed program-based text linguistics theory via an interactive educational platform on developing textual proficiency, linguistic self-concept, and technological awareness among prospective teachers at Sohag Faculty of Education. To achieve the research objectives, educational instruments and research tools were prepared, including student guidebooks, lecturer manuals, textual proficiency tests, linguistic self-concept scale, and technological awareness scale. The research group was selected, and the tools were pre-tested. Then, the proposed program was taught to the research group, followed by post-testing. Statistical analysis was conducted, and the results were as follows: There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the research group in pre and post-tests of textual proficiency, in favor of the post-test.There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the research group in pre and post-tests of linguistic self-concept, in favor of the post-test, and There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the research group in pre and post-tests of technological awareness, in favor of the post-test, The research concludes with recommendations and proposals for utilizing the findings in Arabic language teaching.
