Abstract

6- summary
The complexity of the relationship between the size of a population and its energy consumption has attracted a lot of attention in recent years. International agencies forecast that global population size will continue to grow. They estimate that by 2050 the number of people in the world will have reached nine billion, which is two billion more people than at the time of writing, equivalent to a nearly 30% increase. The size of a population increases, so does its energy consumption. It has been suggested that the size of the population the planet is able to sustain depends on the amount of energy sources available. With most traditional sources of fuel already used to their maximum capacity and while the search for scalable and sustainable alternatives continues.
Bioenergy derived from renewable and sustainable resources, such as biomass, has a wide range of applications, including pulp production, the synthesis of lignosulfonates, and the manufacture of a variety of biomass-based items.Lignocellulosic Biomass (LCB) for the production of biofuels like biodiesel/biogasoline, high value chemicals like ethanol fuels, acids, saccharides, phenols, aldehydes, xylitol, and cellulose acetate with low carbon emissions is one potential application.
Agricultural wastes contains a variety of cellulolytic Microrganisms many of which have not been isolated. In this Study We isolated two strains with high cellulase activity and characterized them by biochemical tests and on the basis of 16S rDNA. Isolates were identified as GH1-Rice Brevibacillus sp., and GH5-Sugarcane Klebsiella variicola.
Cellulase production was optimized for each strain. The optimum conditions for GH1-Rice Brevibacillus sp were at Temprature 30ºC ,pH 7 , incubation period after 8 days and glucose used as a another carbon source.

The isolated bacterial culture GH 5-Sugarcane shows result better than that isolated from Rice straw .
The two strains can be used in various industrial applications using these optimized conditions. Further studies with large scale culture are needed, as well as the optimization of other parameters such as inoculum size, presence of inducers and medium additives
