Abstract
Thanks to Allah the most gracious and the most merciful for
the showers of blessings throughout my research work and for
giving me the strength to complete the research successfully.
Prof. walid ghanem no words can explain my deepest
sorry for losing my great professor in covid-19 pandemic , may his
soul rest in peace.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Prof.
Amr Ali El-swify professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,
Faculty of Dentistry, Suez Canal University for his encouragement,
continuous support, guidance and precious knowledge throughout
this research, it was a great privilege and honour to work under his
