This doctoral dissertation provides an in-depth comparison of financial market regulation between Egypt and France. The study aims to analyze the legal and regulatory framework governing the financial markets in both countries, focusing on the differences and similarities between them. An inductive methodology is adopted to analyze the financial legal systems and evaluate their efficiency and effectiveness in achieving stability and economic growth. It is expected that this study will provide valuable insights for lawmakers, analysts, and decision-makers in both countries. The dissertation aims to conduct a comprehensive comparison of the regulation in the financial markets in Egypt and France with the objective of analyzing the legal and regulatory framework of the financial markets in both countries. The study seeks to understand the differences and similarities between the systems and assess their efficiency and effectiveness in achieving economic objectives and financial stability. Additionally, the study aims to provide recommendations that enhance financial regulation in both countries and contribute to improving the financial environment and boosting confidence among investors and companies.
