Aims This is the impact Use entrance marketing relations on Create Loyalty Sustainable To the customer By application on Customer Companies In a governorate Dakahlia In determining the study items, the researcher relied on a regular random sample , and the sample size reached 392 items.. The researcher used a survey list prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the variables of the study, which are THE USE OF THE RELATIONSHIP MARKETING APPROACH (independent variable), SUSTAINABLE CUSTOMER LOYALTY. (dependent variable) . The researcher also used both the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and the Mann-Whitney test to analyze the field study data. The researcher reached several results, including: There is a significant correlation between relationship marketing and the sustainable loyalty of customers of telecommunications companies in Dakahlia Governorate There is a significant effect of relationship marketing dimensions (customer trust, communication, customer satisfaction) on sustainable customer loyalty , and the absence Significant differences in the opinions of customers of telecommunications companies in Dakahlia Governorate regarding the study variables (relationship marketing, sustainable customer loyalty) according to their demographic characteristics (gender, age, educational qualification, income) .
