Abstract
The principal goal of this investigation is the study of the mechanism of interaction of some new reagents namely : Na3PO4.l2H2O and magnesia mixture at the surfaces of the commercial tungstenic minerals, wolframite, (Fe,Mn)WO4, huebnerite, MnWO4 and ferberite, FeWO4. The interaction of these reagents with the surfaces of tungstenic minerals as well as with the most undesirable associated impurities, SnO2 and BaSO4, in absence and in presence of OlH, NaF and/or Na2SiF6 with and without preliminarily scrubbing of the surfaces of these minerals in hydrochloric acid solution of pH<=l was investigated.
