Abstract
The main target in this thesis is to synthesize some biologically active compounds from B-Ketoanilides. Thus; the original work is subdivided into four parts. Part I : Synthesis and behaviour of 1, 2, 3-trihydro-1-arylfluoren [3,2-c] pyrazole-3-one derivatives : These compounds could be converted into the required 1-arylfluoreno [3,2-c] pyrazol-3-one derivatives 3a-d by the action of hydrazine hydrate. The structure proposed for compounds 2,3 was supported by elimental, IR and 1HNMR data.
