Abstract
This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is devoted to : the basic differences of the three methods of flame spectrometry, namely emission, abserption and fluorescence methods ; the phenomena during decomposition and atomization of the sample in the pae - mixed, chamber type nebulizer flame, with the fundamental aspects of moleculas production in flames.
