Abstract
The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of CCC andB-995 on growth, metabolism and growth regulating substances of Fusarium oxysporum schlecht and Cladosporium cladosporioides (Fresen.) de Vries. Preliminary experiments were carried out to choose the optimal medium with the best nitrogen & carbon sources and the optimal pH value for the growth of the two Czapek’s medium containing sucrose & sodium nitrate and adjusted at pH 5.0 was the best medium and it was used throught the present work. Also, it was found that F. oxysporum was capable of using CCC as a N-source.
