Abstract
The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of cycloheximide on growth, metabolism and growth regulating substances of Cladosporium cladosporioides (Fres.) and Cunninghamella echinulata(Thaxter). Preliminary experiments were carried out to choose the optimal medium with the best nitrogen & carbon sources and the optimal temperature and pH value for the growth of the two experimental fungi.
