Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to design and build a color-coded database of ECG signals such as electrical database AHA American Heart Association, as well as a database MIT-BIH database and the European ST-Change. In fact databases have many benefits. , For example, can be used to evaluate and test the performance of the compression algorithms electrical signals EKG (ECG). It is also used to test and evaluate the performance of modern processing systems for ECG signals that require high accuracy for evaluating their performance. In addition, it gives accurate statistical data on various heart diseases. The process of design and construction of the base of the encoded signals through five consecutive steps. First recording signal by the measurement system (Data Acquisition System), where the score of each case whether a medical condition or unusual case of ten minutes a constant cutting rate (250 samples per second). Secondly remove LNB mixed with ECG signal using a set of digital filters that reduce the impact of LNB significantly. Third conclusion QRS-Complex, which is considered the most important and the most difficult processes taking place on the ECG signal.After the completion of the previous operation signal to turn Pattern easy to work with and then slide Ranked by which it belongs. V. After the completion of the rating process gives each Pattern or Beat specific code in order to distinguish it from other species. Was the work of a comparative study between the many different ways to choose the best algorithms for the completion of the previous steps, taking into account two important factors, namely accuracy and ease of implementation. And in the end was to obtain the database Egyptian electrical ECG signals with five different groups each of which may contain a subset or more. General introduction to the message and an overview of the objectives and content of the message. Included to explain the physiological basis for the electrical signals EKG. It also provides an explanation of some types of LNB that mixes with the signal at the completion of the measurement process. Regard to the work of the ECG signal simulation and five different types of LNB that mixes with it. Contains a comparative study of the performance of a number of digital filters to select the candidate with optimal performance. Contains a comparative study of the performance of a number of algorithms to identify the QRS wave and signal applied to the EKG Simulator in order to choose the best algorithms. Includes the study of the theory of feature extraction methods or parameters described by reference in time and space into Wavelet wave of using conversion and landscapes as well as how to reduce these parameters. It also provides methods of classification signals using neural networks. This section provides the practical results of the proposed database. It also reviews the large number of encoded data tapes. Deals with the general conclusion of the research and some suggestions for future research.
