Abstract The study reported in this thesis has been focused upon two main problems in the design of active biquads. The first problem consists of two main parts. On one hand the design of the active biquad filters at hight frequency with the op amp repreasented by its frequencydependent gain. After the design has been comleted the small signal frequency response of the filters is simulated using the op amp macromodel. The deviation of the filter performance from the desired specifications will be determined from the macromodel based analysis. On the other hand the dependence of the outpout signal on the strength of the input signal as well as the signal frequency will be illustrated. However, this part investigates the possibillty of analytical prediction of the dynamic range of the filters. |
