Abstract
In our work; Histopathological studies of certain photosensitive derrnatosis using different staining methods in order to see any changes in the connective tissue elements by the effect of light and if there are any premalignant changes in the connective tissue cells by the effect of light* Thirty eight cases of lichen planus actinicus thirty seven cases of pellagra* sixteen cases of lupus erytheraatosus and eleven cases of xeroaerma pigementosum upon this cases we did our work* Skin biopsies were taken from this cases at the site of the lesions* The paraffin sections were stained with Heaiatoxylin and jSosiue* Van Geison* Yerrioff Yan Geiaon and Gordon stains in order-to stain each connective tissue, elements alone • Skin biopsies were taken from normal cases of different age for controlling and stained with the same staining.
