المستخلص
The following data were fulfilled for every patients:¬(1) Detailed history taking. (2) Clinical examinauon: which included general and local examination. (3) Investigations: including random and 2 hour post-prandial blood sugar level, serum electrolytes, serum creatinine, liver function tests, echocardiography. This study revealed for following results:- COlllparative study of laboratory findings in diastolic group versus control group revealed highly significant increase of blood glucose and serum creatinine while showed highly significant decrease of serum K and HCo3; the each cardiographic parameters in diabetic group showed only significant changes as regard EF, PWT in systole and diastole. COlnparative study of laboratory finding in cerebral stroke group versus control group revealed highly significant increase of blood glucose, PH, S.creatinine, SGOT, SGPT and showed significant decrease of serum bilirubin and electrolytes but the echocardiographic indices in this group showed statistically significant changes in most parameters, COlllparative study of laboratory findings in myasthenic group showed non significant changes in most parameter while l:chocardiographic indices showed significant itllpainnent.
