Abstract
Woman of high parity is considered to be a woman who spective study for 765 cases of grand multipara " ~ "" ~ "O were 1986 WAS done. They were collected out of 4859 deliveries at this period with an incidence of aver" ~ "ge maternal age was 30-34 yrs (42.74%) and followed by only in para 2-4 the difference between both qroups;. significant at P < 0.05. The incidence of ante partum in grand multipara and PARA 2-4 placenta abruptio which was (4.7%) in grand multipara and (1.5%) in para 2-4. The incidence of hypertensive disorders was (4.3%) in the grend multipara and :i.ncludinq preexisting hypertension <0.3%} in grand multipara and (O.l%) in 2-4, the preexitinq preeclampsia and eclampsia
