Abstract
This study includes 75 cases were subdivided into three oups: Group A: Control group includes 15 cases. ~ Group B: Includes patients with benign breast diseases, (30) patients which subdivided into (Bl) fibrocystic disease subgroup (15) patients and B2 fibroadenoma subgroup (15) patients. Group C: Malignant breast disease (30) patients which .further subdivided into (Cl) early breast cancer (stage I & II) subgroup (15) patients and (C2) late breast cancer (stage III & IV) subgroup (15) patients. (Table I). . The age of the patients varies form.20-70 Years. The n age of the most of the patient (45 patients) ranged between 20-40 years, to be followed 40-60 Years 24 patient and lastly above 60 year 6 patients (Table 2). The number of premenopausal women in the study was 54 pat.ients constituting 72%. The highest number of the patients in groups B1 and B2 (15 patients in both). While number of postmenopausal women was 21 patients 28% including 8 patients in group A, 6 patients in group Cl and 7 patients in group C2, (Table 3).
