Abstract We have studied retinal vascular development in nNOS-deficient cause to investigate the role of NO in angiogenesis. Our data showed anal pattern of vascular development and density in that model. We awed the beginning of vasculogenic stage of retinal vascular development PI and beginning of antigenic stage at P7. Biogenic stage (P7-P9), suggesting involvement of both nNOS and nNOS retinal angiogenesis. OS by nNOS isogons in nNOS-deficient mice using NADPH-d chemistry, nNOS Immunohistochemistry and western blot analysis. We increase in numbers of neurons showing NOS activity and more S protein in the vessels of mutant retina, suggesting a compensatory of nNOS activity in nNOS-deficient mice. NNOS-deficient mice and hypertension and reduction in the arterial diameter. Were attributed mainly to the interruption of vaso-relaxing patllway . |
