Abstract The material of the present study comprised 70 patients h ischaemic heart disease (54 males and 16 females) s ranging between 36-80 years (mean age 57 8 + 8.34), as a st group and 10 normal subjects of matching age and sex re also included, as a control group. The test group was classified into four subgroups: i) 38 patients with AMI. ii) 10 patients with old MI.ii) 10 patiet5 with chronic stable angina. iv) 20 patients with unstable angina. Patients with CAD and other associated conditions were excluded from the present study including those with valvular heart disease, congenital cardiac lesions, previous CABG operation, liver cirrhosis , jaundice, pulmonary embolization,DVT cardiomyopathy, autoimmune diseases, and acute infections especially viral. |
