Abstract

The aim of this work was to study the predictive values of some thirty patients) is ffirther subdivided into group 4a diabetic, 4b non diabetic, group 5a smoker, group 5b non smoker and 6a & 6b hypertensive and non hypertensive respectively. CRP shows significant increase in all test groups when compared to .control ~grtoup. This signifies that CRP is a predictor of IHD, while VVBC shows positive significant increase in the group with AMI and UA when compared to the control group. These data also associated with significant decrease of Hb% in patients with acute coronary syndromes when compared with the control subject and not the group with chronic stable angina. hernatological and some inflammatory markers in different varieties of CHD and correlating these with other well established major risk factors aiming to consider preventive strategies as well therapeutic lines for those individuals subjected to or suffering of CHD- This study includes twenty patients with acute coronary control subjects in whom the following parameters are studied:- Hb, W.B.C., platelets, P.T., ART.T., fibrinogen, factor VII, vWF, lipogram, creatinine, and random blood glucose The test gToup is divided into group I with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), group 11 with unstable angina (UA) and group III with chronic stable angina. Each includes ten patients while the total group
