Abstract
Sodium lauryl sulphate, bile salt, bile acid and, sodium salicylate are used in treatment of several medical problems.
In our study we studied the local effects of these drugs which were commonly used as absorption enhancers on the histological structure of the buccal mucosa of white rabbits.
One hundred and thirty (130) rabbits were used in this study.
In the control group we put the patch on the buccal mucosa against molars of the rabbits without drugs, in group B we used sodium lauryl sulphate in concentrations 1 %, 2 %, 3 %, with the patch on the buccal mucosa of the rabbits at the same site of control group, group C using bile salt with concentrations 1 %, 2 %, 3 %, as group.
This research was conducted to study the effect of some Pharmaceuticals stimuli such as absorption ( sodium Uraijl sulfate , bile salt , sodium salicylate ) on the mucous membrane lining the advisory of services inside the mouth of this research was conducted on 130 rabbit .
Rabbits were divided into Sthmjmoat each group of twenty - four rabbit Maada control group containing ten rabbits only.
Used in this research , several studies ( histological study , study the study of microscopic -mail ).
* In the histological study :
The samples are to become sectors Brafinah and these pigmentation four sectors Sabgat .
* In study Alhustokimaaúah :
Frozen samples and longer to detect on Aanzimi activity of acid and alkaline phosphatase .
