Abstract
This thesis discusses essentially some problems and their solutions of certain Viscoelastic composite materials. We give a brief survey of the theory of elasticity for anisotropic media within the stress - strain ralations, and we have treated some special cases in details. In addition we have deduced the effective moduli of the Viscoelastic medium reinforced unidirectionally by an elastic material as a function of time operator w(t).
