Abstract Within a few years, ebusiness become one of the most concepts appear, specially after the increase in number of internet users . The availability of large volumes of data that found in ebusiness environment has created a problem, how to extract and gain useful knowledge from such data. Previous virtual sales agents, try to bridge the knowledge gap through appropriate communication means have some challenges as, current search technology, enables only a very limited form of communication additionally while the number of products available for online sale increases. This thesis explains these approaches. It tries to provide some contribution by introducing a new technique for Knowledge Discover from Database (KDD), and use this knowledge to gain rules could be useful for easy buying for a customer, and at taking decisions for a company. |
