Abstract In this thesis we will study the following two cases Reversible case: For the case of existence of an additional integral of fourth degree, we obtain integrable cases. There are kovalevskaya?s case with two different methods, Chaplygin?s case and Goriatchev?s case in rigid body dynamics. There are also new integrable algebraic potential but we can?t find its physical meaning. There are also some new integrable problem concerning with the particle move in the plane. We prove that Kovalevskaya?s space can?t be converting to Chaplygin space. Irreversible case: For the case of existence of an additional integral of fourth degree, we obtain a generalization for Kovalevskaya?s case and Chaplygin?s case and Goriatchev?s case in the presence of gyrostat. |
