Abstract

Eighty fertile virgin females and fertile males of albino rat (Rattus nor begius) were used during experimentation. Females were pregnantes by keeping them with healthy male (1male/3female) the pregnants were arranged in to three goupes. 1 Newlly born of control mother. 2 Acrylamide <U+2013>treated pregnant which doses of 30mg/kg. 3 Fried potato chips supplementation which mixing with standared diet at50% The present findings were summari3ed as following. 1 mean body weight gain Exhibted amarked decrease of mean body weight 2 crown rumplength hight reduction of mean crown rump length were detected in those maternally with fried potatoes chips. 3 Morphometric assessment of brain region during postnatal growth highest reduction of overall lengths were detected in those maternally fed on diet containing fried potatoes chips. 4 Light rmicroscopic observation of cerebella cortex during postnatal development. Showed abnormal architecture structure comparing with the control 5 TEM observations: Showed pukinje cells become shrunked and possessed abnormal ultrastructural features. 6 Gross morphology of purkinje cells. 7 Light & ul trastructural observations of gastrecnemius muscle Nuclei were appeared dispersed in between the myofibrils.
