Abstract
Maxillo-facial fractures is a loosely applied term to all fractures of the central middle third .of the face • This work explained the better diagno¬stic tools to diagnose the degree, types and recent achievements of maxillo-facial injuries . Various classification to denote the extent of maxillo-facial injuries have been made * Dowson (1981) mentioned the classification which had been done by Rene Le Port (1901) , Various types of techniques for management of maxillo-facial injuries were disscused in details.
