Abstract
Drug eruptions are common dermatoses and it can affect any sex and any age 0 It can mimic many skin diseases and must be first on the differential diagno¬sis of a sudden eruption 0 Drug eruptions constitute a significant amount of morbidity, so it is important that all physicians must be aware of the many patterns of drug eruptions (Giacobetti, 1982) 0 This study was included 100 patients, suffering from drug eruptions, 62 patients were males and 38 pat¬ients were females 0 Their average age was 3204 years , ranging from 2 to 75 years 0 Complete history taking , general medical examination and local examination of the affected part (s) of the skin were done to every patient 0 Then they were treated and after that, they were subjected to provocation test with the suspected drugs o In 96 patients the causative drugs were detec¬ted and in 4 patients the causative drugs were not detected o Prom this study.
