The objective of the present work was to study the xylanolytic activities of 33streptomycetes species that were isolated from egyption soil. on the basis of their cultural characteristics,these isolates were differentiated into 6 colour series: 1- Grey series. 2- White series. 3- Red series. 4- Blue series. 5- Green series. 6- yellow series..
