Abstract
Percutaneous lithotripsy has become a routine procedure in the treatment of renal calculi since its description, and with improvement in the nephroscope and development of fragmentation techniques by Alken and Associates 1981.This technique was introduced into Urology and Nephrology Center Mansoura University in the bigining of 1984.
