Technical Education is Considered one of the most important Constructs of the Educational System in Egypt because it gives interest in preparing the technical codre equipped with technical and theoretical knowledge in the fields of agriculture , industry , Commerce and tourist Services that agree with technical business needs in the local Community and Keep pace with Socio- economic development plans. Hoteling technical education ( five years system ). The problem of the study : The problem vof the study derives from the following questions : 1- What is the reality of Hoteling technical education ( five year system ) in Egypt ? 2-What is the role hoteling technical education (five year system ) in the tourist development in Egypt ? 3-What are the Contemporary international trends of Hoteling technical education in some other Countries ? 4-What is the Suggested Concept for developing hoteling technical education ( five year system ) as an approach to tourism development in Egypt in the light of the field , theoretical study and contemporary international trends . The researcher reached some important results as follows : 1- There should be a change in admissionm policy in hoteling technical education schools ( five – year system ) There should be some conditions and characteristics for admission policy in hoteling technical education . 2- Hoteling technical education needs special kind of teachers for teaching cultural , Theoretical , Technical subjects . 3-There should be a specialized body for equipment and apparatuses in hoteling technical education . 4-Study plans should be changed through putting or adding accurate technical specializations for meeting local and international work place requirements such as food lists , food management , drinks , hotels management , tourist development and food science , etc . 5-There should be many participants in the process of evaluation such as the students , teachers , businessmen and the Ministry of education . 6- There are some difficulties permenant Capital project . So , there should be an increase in the alocations of this project .
