The title:- The physical abilities contributing to the record level of endurance centers competitors in track and field competitions The aim:- The research aims at determining the physical abilities contributing to the record level of endurance centers competitors in track and field competitions The method and the sample:- The researcher used the description approach with its steps and procedures on a sample of 72 competitors of all endurance centers in track and field competitions Conclusions and Recommendations:- - The most important conclusion was that there are physical abilities participating in each race of track and field races suitable for the shape and nature of performance in each competition . - The most important recommendation was the necessity of coaches’ application of tests used in the research to follow the development of physical abilities continuously for track and field young players to determine their abilities in achieving record levels . - In the process of planning for sports training, we should pay more attention to determining the suitable time to develop each physical ability according to its participation in the record level. - The necessity of doing researches to put criteria for the results of physical abilities’ tests related to the record level of each race of track and field races.
