Abstract
The material of the present work was 11 bi1harzial compensated hepatosplenomegalic patients~ 11 adult onset non-complicated diabetic patients, 9 bi1harzial compensated hepatosplenome~l~patients with ad~t onse”t non-complicated diabetes mellitus and 11 norma:l. control indiv1d~ls I~ Through bistor~ taking, c:l.inical examination, urine and stool examination and intradermal test were done to prove bilharzial aetiologyJ.
