Abstract
The subject of bilharizial hepatic fibrosis has been approached with particular stress on changes of secondary sex parameters and seminogram, as a mirror of testicular function.
All men were married and fathered children, their age ranged between 20 and 50 years and only those which pure bilharziasis and normal genital findings were included in the study.
