The current research is intended to attain the following : 1) To define the technological and educational standards for the Internet multi – media programs aimed at training ” KG ” student – teachers on the production of learning resources. 2) To define the learning resources that ” KG ”student – teachers are required to be trained to produce. 3) To define the production competencies of some learning resources that ” KG” student – teachers are required to be trained on. 4) To define the electronic learning requisites needed to design and produce Internet multi – media programs. 5) To develop an Internet training program that aims at training faculty of education ” KG ” student – teachers to produce some learning resources. 6) To measure the effect of applying the proposed training program on the development of both cognitive and performance domains of the production competencies for some learning resources of ” KG ” student – teachers at faculty of education. The researcher used the one group pre-test, post test design in which a pre-test was applied upon the research sample, then applying the proposed program, and applying a post-test to the respondents. After that, the researcher measured the difference between pre-and post – test along with testing its statistical significance in order to determine the effectiveness of the research training program. A total sample of (50) respondents was chosen from 4th level ” KG ” student – teachers at Damietta faculty education.
