The research aims at recognizing The Effect Of A suggested educational Programme by using the computer at the cognitive and skillful achievement for the students of the preparatory stage in weight lifting sport . The researcher used the experimental method through the experimental design of two groups, one is experimental and the other is controlling . The sample consisted of (24) students. The results of the research showed that the experimental group which was taught through the educational program via computer had achieved advantage over the controlling group which was taught through the traditional method (the orders Method) at the cognitive achievement and skillful performance in weightlifting The researcher recommends to use of the computer Instructional programme in teaching classic lifts on weightlifting ، And the necessity of paying attention to designing and producing computer Instructional programs under the supervision of academic and technical specialists in weightlifting and the other games . Also make courses to Professors and there assistants in using computer in teaching .
