Abstract
Cancer is considered as a genetic disease that occurs as a result of derangement of process controlling growth and cell death cancer cells are characterized by unrestrained growth arrest invasion yto adjacent tissue and metastasis that can be explained in terms of genetic changes the genetic changes are reflected histologically by precursor lesions showing a progressive increase in atypia leading to features of malignancy.
