Abstract
The purpose of this research is to measure the concentration of prostaglandin in both tissues periodontal inflamed when patients with rheumatoid membrane after treatment by drug Filurbaybrovin In tissue periodontal non- inflamed for another group of the same patients after the removal of sediment limestone veneer bacterial on the teeth in addition to addressing drug Filurbaybrovin .
As well as also conducted this research to find a relationship between clinical indicators and concentration ratios corresponding to the prostaglandin in the gingival tissue during the stages of treatment .
The study included in this research thirty sick and Ksmo the two groups are:
- Group A: includes five people have natural gums clinically Kaaah officer.
- Group B :
Includes twenty - five patients with rheumatoid tissue to teeth and are divided into :
A . Include five patients were treated by property only Alvaurbaybrovin .
B . Include ten patients were treated surgically remove the periodontal pockets after the removal of calcareous sediments and bacterial crust on the teeth .
C . Include ten patients were treated surgically in addition to taking the drug.
* from this study we can conclude the following :
1. Finding the concentration of prostaglandin in the gingival tissue can be used as a diagnostic tool to see how damage membrane the cells .
2. Drug treatment only has a weak effect in reducing the level of concentration of prostaglandin statistics also proved .
