Accordingly, the research problem can be determined by the following main question: ”What is the effectiveness of a suggested computer program in developing some skills of designing introduction shows for the deaf pupils?”
The answer of the main question needs to answer the following secondary questions:
1)What are the general skills of using computer for the deaf pupils?
2)What are the most important skills of designing introduction shows for the deaf pupils?
3)What are the actual needs for the deaf pupils in the skills of designing introduction shows?
4)What is the suggested view for the programme by using computer to provide the deaf pupils with the skills of designing introduction shows?
5)What is the effectiveness of the programme view to provide the deaf pupils with the skills of designing introduction shows?
The Research Methodology:
This Research depends on the experimental method to measure the effectiveness of using computer to develop the skills of designing introduction shows for the deaf pupils.
The Research Sample:
The experimental Research Sample has been chosen from eighteen pupils (girls and boys) in Al-Amal school for deaf and hard of hearing in Damietta, primary stage (8 th year) where it represento the original society.
The Research Tools (materials)
The researcher has prepared the following tools:
1-A test (before and after) to measure how the Research sample mastered the knowledge side of the suggested programme.
2-An observation card to evaluate the performance of the deaf students in the skills of designing introduction shows.
The Research Hypothesis
1.There are statistical differences between the average marks of the Research sample in T. test (before and after) at a level of 0.05 for the sake of the after-test. So, the first hypothesis has been achieved.
2.There are statistical differences between the actual performance and the expected performance of skills of the suggested programme at a level of 0.05 for the sake of the actual performance. So, the second hypothesis has been achieved.
The Research Results:
The research has resulted in
The effectiveness of the suggested programme in developing the skills of designing the introduction shows for the deaf students.
That has been assured through the following hypothesis:
1.There are statistical differences between the average marks of the study sample in T. test (before and after) at a level of 0.05 for the sake of the after-test. So, the first hypothesis has been achieved.
2.There are statistical differences between the actual performance and the expected performance of skills of the suggested programme at a level of 0.05 for the sake of the actual performance. So, the second hypothesis has been achieved.
