Fish and its products are cosiderad one of the most important food stuffs as they are cheapest source of high quality animal protein with their exceptional richness in calcium, phosphate, iodine and vitamins. Tilapia fish represent one of most important economic species. Its growth rate and meat quality are very high. Pollution in different water sources (detergents, wastes and herbicides) are reflected on the health of fish and growth rates. Pollutant residues in fish, which are consumed by human, have harmful effect. Experiment: About of 240 apparently healthy tilapia fish were purchased from private farm from domiatta area. The animals under study are considered as 6th groups. All groups received a synthetic ration contain 30% crude protein but this ration were manually manufactured by addition of three different antioxidants (vitamin c, vitamin e and melatonin) every antioxidant were added to separated ration. And the a fifth ration were manufactured by addition of all antioxidants to it.
