المستخلص
This research contributes by providing a proposed framework for evaluating quality of academic performance in Egyptian business schools from the perspectives of both students and staff members.
Accordingly, this research has been divided into the following chapters:
- Chapter 1: an introduction which includes a summary of previous studies, research problem, research hypothesis, research objectives, research importance, the sample, statistical methods, primary and secondary data and the research structure.
- Chapter 2: a detailed presentation of previous studies.
- Chapter 3: a theoretical presentation of variables of quality of academic performance.
- Chapter 4: the applied study where the assumptions for the null hypothesis were tested.
- Chapter 5: the conclusion and recommendations.
