Abstract
In dairy cows, the postpartum period constitute an important period in the reproductive life, because of its enormous influence up on subsequent fertility. Therefore, the early resumption of postpartum reproductive activity and the efficient detection of estrus in dairy cows are important factors to obtain high fertility. This work aimed to study the uterine involution, ovarian rebound as well as to evaluate the efficacy of some hormones on postpartum reproductive efficiency in dairy cows.
