Abstract
Thirty two rats were used in the research and were divided into three groups . group I ( Control group ) contained eight rats that injected intraperiotenealy with saline soln . group II contained twelve rats that were injected with triptorelin for inhibition of the ovaries. group III contained twelve rats that were injected with triptorelin followed by estrogen as a hormonal replacement therapy. after that they were sacrified and sliced for histological and immunohistochemical study . it was found that triptorelin is the cause of decreased cell proliferation but the use of estrogen as a hormonal replacement therapy has an effect on replacement of the epithelial thicknes of the tongue mucosa and increasing cell proliferation resulting in returning these defects caused by triptorelin into a normal state. production to avoid fatty infiltration in the liver.
