المستخلص The introduction discusses the idea of the research and its importance on the development of slums in the urban The research emphasizes the current importance of democracy Part I: democracy and upgrade The concept of partnership is expanded to include institutions and society in development and upgrading programs. And to achieve more efficiency and public enthusiasm and maximizing the role of non-governmental organizations to achieve the pivotal role to this concept by sharing of all partnerships in democracy decision. as indicated on Fig (a – a):- Part One:- Parties in the implementation of partnership projects, upgrading the physical Chapter one: democratic institutions and community partnership - Democracy and the Consultative resolution in Islam Community partnership in the decision to upgrade projects - Chapter two :Parties to the partnership in decision-making stages of upgrading the physical - Introduction to effective partnership projects, slum upgrading and renovation in Egypt - Fig (a - a) the summary of the content of Part One and the internal chapters with the numbers of the page. And to provide techniques that assist the practice of summer activities are not limited to abstract ideas and theories as well as the teaching of human rights in schools to eradicate extremism and sectarian tribalism in the educational institution at all levels, and away from interference in education policy and reform of the curriculum in line with the spirit of the times. |
