Abstract This dissertation divided into two groups of documents:Papyri and Ostraca; they are chronologically extended through eight centuries (from the second century BCE to sixth century CE). This collection of documents belongs to two institutions:1- The Cairo Museum: it includes all the Ostraca, which has the Inventory number 19853 and temporary number 25/1/55/4 and they are located in D3East, and most of the papyri, which located in R2W and R2E under the inventory numbers: 1650, 2765, 3061, 3067, 3071 and 3732. 2- The University of Michigan: it includes only two papyri; they are kept in the Harlan Hatcher Library, West in Ann Arbor city, Michigan, USA. I’ve arranged these documents in chronological order for each group; the Papyri then the Ostraca. As for the natures of the subjects of these documents, they are varied as it is showed in the following lines.
