Title of the study : The Relationship between learning and thinking types with cognitive representation of secondary stage student’s”
Problem of the study:
The study attempts to answer the following questions:
1. Are there differences between males and females students from secondary stage students in learning and thinking types?
2. Are there differences between male and female students from secondary stage students in levels of cognitive representation?
3. Are there differences among the three study group (right learning and thinking types/ left learning and thinking types/ Integrated learning and thinking types) in levels of cognitive representation?
Hypothesis of the study:
1. There are no significant differences between male and female students in learning and thinking types (right/ left/ Integrated).
2. There are no significant differences between male and female students in levels of cognitive representation (visual/ language/ integration).
3. There are significant differences in the means scores among the three study groups (right learning and thinking types/ left learning and thinking types/ Integrated learning and thinking types) on levels of cognitive representation (visual/ language/ integration).
Results of the study:
The study came to the following results:
1. There are no significant differences between males and females students in learning and thinking types (right / left/ integration).
2. There are no significant differences between male and female students in levels of cognitive representation (visual/ language/ integration).
3. There are significant differences in the means scores among the three study groups (right learning and thinking types/ left learning and thinking types/ integration learning and thinking types) on levels of cognitive representation (visual/ language/ integration).
